Most you're skills have regen and degen, is this its main purpose.
Summoning Dragons and doing Regen and Degen?
And I agree with Brandon.

firstly, i noticed you put "sort of like a warrior paragon mix."

you want your concept class to be like UNLIKE (emphesising on unlike) any other class. people want difference and uniqueness, not a mix of a class, or they would just play a W/P.

I think what you should do is figure out a new type of skill that will draw players and say to themselves "wow that is something I would play"

also, you have to put their armor, health, and energy, just to show us what we would have to deal with if playing it.

my best advice is make it unique. look at other CC's "piggyback" off ideas.

Im still not done. I really want a class that uses dragons as weapons. I do realize I worded things wierdly but I ment that a person with the power to support thier team and tank should be given a class. I dont think we can use the EXACT same style as these guys but I know we can make something unique but still has very nice armor.(Of course the wings Probably wont show in regular play but they could show up like the paragons do.Which is when a skill is used, And for each skill type a diffrent wing color is used and the wings only show on specific skills.)
